Patient profiles

I need someone that at some point in a month or two may be able to deliver three different "patient profiles" These would probably be electronic files that contain a short slideshow that shows images of a certain patient type and with a voiceover audio narration. They would be short, maybe even just 30 seconds each. We might want have a few key words or short descriptors appear throughout the short slideshow that emphasize aspects of the narration. We can provide all of the content but we need to start getting a budget and an idea of what various designers can deliver that combines these visual and audio elements. These are NOT videos per se but they should almost feel like a video in that a slick montage of slides and images accompanied by words or phrases and a voiceover would make each of the three look like a short compelling profile of a type of patient. As mentioned, we would be looking for 3 separate ones. Please comment on your experience having done anything like this before and whether you would expect us to provide the audio or whether that is something you have ways of executing
