We are a tech company which is going to develop applications / platforms. The applications / platforms are under development. Roughly speaking the applications / platforms will be separated in two parts:
1) Content generation by third parties (Individuals and organisations) like Social media
2) Multi side Marketplace
The marketplace / content generation Platforms / applications will be categorised by industry. Some of them will either work under the same domain and other as separate domains.
Our goal is to go global at first and gain brand recognition but with more focus on Europe ad US.
We're looking for a business and financial / tax consultant to structure the parent company and their branches( if any) . Parent company in Europe or US? C corp or llc?
