Looking for programer with knowledge of GSM networks and the Delaunay triangulation methods using 3 base towers. Need an app that will collect data and decipher it in a fashion to find where a cell phone is located without any software need be installed on the fraced phone. Once location is obtained needs to be displayed on Google map.
