C# , Build [login to view URL] from [login to view URL]

i have a client and server which connected togheter via a socket.

for changin the server ip address i should edit the client code from source [ for [url removed, login to view]("server ip",port) ]

now i have a question , how can i edit this ip & port from the server file ?

i want to build the client from server.
