We are looking for 50 quality real estate articles of 600-900 words with a keyword density of 1.5%-3.5% (not including meta tags or html code - you are just responsible for plain text and links to associated articles or news if appropriate). We are seeking articles on residential real estate news and market info, therefore all articles must be delivered quickly and must accurately reflect the Southern California real estate market. You may write some articles about law, market conditions, finance, home buying tips, home selling tips, home values, etc...
We have other related projects planned for the future. In order to be considered, please provide a writing sample and a list of some sample article titles that you could write about. All work MUST BE ORIGINAL, AND WILL BE CHECKED FOR DUPLICATE TEXT AND PLAGIARISM. All works become the exclusive property and copywrite of our company at end of project. You may select 2-3 articles to use for your portfolio, but they must be clearly marked as copyrighted by our company.
