Website redesign with divi theme /wordpress

I need a website redesign Using Divi theme. "I do not need plugins or no extension, no pages". I need the website to be redesigned so it can be presented at least for launch. Like landing page where it says " 21 and over enter under 21 exit". They need to be able to sign in then go to the homepage. I will want the homepage in sections/ modules. I just need you to redesign the look and I can go add everything I guess. I will want sections. My website will give you the guide and vision. I will also produce another website that has a similar look. Also, the last thing is the sign in I need that made and checked with no mess up plugin.I will probably want the sign in a page made but there is one in settings I disabled
