Hello Everyone,
I am looking for someone to create a simple Windows Forms app for Automatic License Plate Recognition.
The solution will connect to a Live Video stream from a 2.1MP IP Camera, the streaming protocol will be RTSP.
I want the solution to connect to multiple cameras, where each camera stores images to its own folder and recognized license plate to its own text file.
After you have created the solution, you will zip and send the source code to me for testing and give you feedback.
Please have a look at the uploaded zip solution. If you understand what I want then you can bid for the project.
I know the engine will be in C++ and the project consuming the engine will be in C#.
