Bootstrap CSS AngularJS App layout work

Need someone with experience in Bootstrap, CSS and Single Page Applications to help us turn our app into something beautiful and cool.
You can see the beta here, [login to view URL] it basically aggregates and summarises 1000s of stories an hour, the core is working and seems scalable but there is still a long way to go.
Basically we need you to take full advantage of the Bootstrap Dashboard template [login to view URL] but also modify to get the best outcome.
