The Company: Computershare (ASX:CPU) is a global market leader in transfer agency and share registration, employee equity plans, proxy solicitation and stakeholder communications. We also specialise in corporate trust, mortgage, bankruptcy, class action, utility and tax voucher administration, and a range of other diversified financial and governance services. Computershare is represented in all major financial markets and has over 12,000 employees worldwide. Division: The Transactions Services Group (TSG) are responsible for receiving, scanning, validating and processing of roughly 2.2 million transactions every year. Transactions range from general shareholder registry maintenance to allocation or transferring of shares, management of deceased estates and overseas tax processing for dual listed clients. The group also manages corporate action processes and bulk upload transactions. Transaction Services Group (TSG) manage operational requests for Computershare's registry clients, membership based clients and internal stakeholders where required. The team has a base of 80 staff year round. In our peak period (September - December annually) this number can grow to 100 full time employees. The role: Reporting to a Team Leader the Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for handling the day to day investor and client service activities. These requests are generated by emails, written correspondence and fax. Requests can originate via internal email inboxes or via our Workflow system through the mailroom and scanning team. The administrator will be integral in the handling of all aspects of shareholder interactions, ranging from administrative duties and data entry to project work and manual tasks. The data entry administrator will portray integrity and passion for not only delivering a high level of customer service as well as respecting policies and procedures set by Computershare Limited. Whilst maintaining the companies mission "To be easy to deal with" and "To be commercially responsible".
