We have a large number of scanned handwritten reports that we are currently manually retying into Excel. I am looking for someone who can quickly and accurately enter the data into an excel report. Either manually retyping or via a conversion program.
Data is for medical gas equipment that is serviced and repaired by our service technicians while out in the field.
Two types of reports:
1. Asset Lists 1 page report.
- Handwritten scanned pdf
- 1 Page only A4 size
- Includes reports on medical gas equipment that has been serviced. Recorded data includes asset numbers, item type, location, room and what service was completed. CD (Checked), OH (Overhauled). Example of item types; out (outlets), S/T (Suction Taps), F/M (Flowmeter), TOV (Twin O Vac), S/Reg or S/regulator (Suction Regulator).
2. Equipment List Report
- Handwritten scanned pdf
- 1-4 pages A3
- There are usually addition items found on the day which are handwritten at the end of the report to be added to the excel report.
Both reports need to be transcribed/extracted/converted accurately into excel spreadsheets.

Due to quality of pdf, they can be converted or there will be special characters all over spreadsheet. It needs to be entered manually. Rest all is understood. The only thing I didnt understood is last column in one page pdf report. Typing data from handwritten pdf reports to spreadsheet will be done with 100% accuracy. With me team size, I can complete about 100 1 page report in a day and about 30 3-4 page report in a day. I have years of experience and have completed 500+ data transcribing, copy typing projects.
