Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data From Scanned Documents

I am a freelance accountant that provide bookkeeping and tax calculation service. I am experiencing an increase numbers of clients and decided it’s about time that some of this work be done by other people. This will be a trial run for the winning bidder as I need to clear a lot of similar job for the next six months (else my client will be fined by Registrar of Companies). The scanned document is located in several batches. Some batch have 3-4 pages and some batch have more than 10 pages. All together the total pages is 1,100 pages spread between many batches. I need the attached spreadsheet be fill-up with the data from the scanned document as mentioned and by examples explained in the spreadsheet. The complete spreadsheet need to be save and rename according to their batch folder. This will ensure that none of the data mix-up with other batch. Selection of winning bidder will be based on their past experience, price offered and time it will took to finish this task. All submission need to be made in Excel Spreadsheet with reference to their respective batch. Each submission will be check for accuracy and payment will only be made after correction and amendment made on visible error and non-acuracy. The data template is attached and link to the scanned document is mentioned in the data template (this will ensure that only interested bidder will take the time to download and read the template instead of robot bidder).
