Hire a Virtual Assistant

Hi,

Looking for a trustworthy and reliable assistant for variety of jobs.

You should have good English communication skills, good attitude and a fast internet connection.

The position will be for on-going long term work but limited to 0.5 - 2 hours per day, 5-6 days a week. The number of hours per day may increase in the future. Payment will be once per week/fortnight or month, whatever you prefer.

You will be required to enter data on our website, transfer small amounts of data from PDF documents to word documents.

You will be required to install medical software on your computer in order to create PDF files.

You will be required to send some emails containing attachments (email address will be provided)

You will be required to have experience with dropbox.

You will need to be someone that is very careful with data entry and able to double check all data as you will be working with medical data for patients.

I may ask you help me with other things on Skype or email sometimes.

The winning bidder will begin by doing training over skype for a couple of hours. You will be paid for this.

Freelancers must sign a Non-disclosure Agreement to work on your project. Freelancers agree to keep details discussed through private messages and files confidential as you are working with medical information.
