web search and data entry into an excel file

I need a diligent supplier to search online appropriate data about law firms in Toronto and feed the following list of fields in an excel file: 1. Law Firm (LF) name with hyperlink to website homepage 2. Contact person (CP) salutation (Mr. or Ms) 3. CP first name 4. CP last name 5. CP position 6. CP department 7. CP email CP will be an employee of the Law Firm holding the position of (1) HR manager, and (2) Managing Partner, or (3) Partner. For each Law Firm, ideally you will provide details about at least two CPs, i.e. HR Manager and Manager Partner. A template xls file will be provided. The list of the firms to be scanned is found here: [login to view URL] Kindly provide your estimate of how many days you would need to feed data about the first 30 firms of the list at the above link. Your work will be monitored. You will be required to submit results every 6 entries completed. Results will be double checked and, upon positive confirmation, you will receive green light to proceed with the further slot of 6 entries. This a long term project. The successful candidate will be required to reiterate the service with regards to other canadian and chinese cities.
