I have an idea to build a webapp and I am looking for developer/partner.

this webapp fetches the current data, historical data is fetched and stored in db ( SQL nosql - can be discussed). server preprocess the data on daily basis based on certain logic. there is another data( numbers) which is rendered as charts with earlier data. serious developer can contact me for more detail. As both the data are rendered overlapping on each other, the impact of first data(basically this a text- can be quite lengthy text but it should be categorized to keywords) on second data(numbers) is calculated and stored. the program should also be able to correctly categorized the text to keywords. it should be able to find the pattern for future text and learn from the earlier keywords. it should be able to calculate the probability of the impact on numbers from the future text. I already have the API for text data which provides the json output also containing pdf file link.
