Realizzazione di un sistemi BI (integrato anche a Power Bi/DataStudio o tableau) dove i dati che vengono raccolti devono essere acquisiti da varie fonti, elaborati e resi disponibili, per riuscire a fornire analisi di qualità e fruibili in tempo reale.

Deve essere realizzata una Single Customer View che aggrega dati eterogenei, provenienti da sistemi IT differenti. Tali dati possono includere:

-Informazioni relative al cliente, come i dati anagrafici e demografici;

-Storico acquisti, disponibile per tutte le divisioni dell’azienda, e per le diverse tipologie di prodotti o servizi. Ad esempio, in un servizio di home banking, l’azienda deve poter visualizzare da un unico punto tutti i servizi attivi, e attivati in passato, anche di tipologie differenti, come conti deposito, conti titoli, carte di credito, e quant’altro;

-Storico delle interazioni con il brand avvenute attraverso i diversi canali e touchpoint utilizzati, come contact center, compilazione di form online, e-mail;

-Canale originario tramite cui il cliente è stato acquisito.

Come accennato, la Single Customer View deve consentire:

-L’aggregazione in un’unica vista dei dati raccolti da diverse fonti e memorizzati in sistemi differenti, che amministrano svariate aree e funzioni aziendali. Questi includono sistemi CRM, gestionali, ERP, software di gestione marketing, vendite, supporto clienti, tracciamento app e siti web, controllo social media;

-La comprensione del “customer journey” nella sua totalità, personalizzazione del prototipo, al fine di migliorare la sua percezione d’uso del servizio e degli strumenti di supporto;

- Visione delle insights strategiche, basate su dati aggiornati e organizzati in real-time;

- Presentare i dati all’utente in maniera sempre unitaria, coerente, priva di lacune o duplicazioni.

A Single Customer View must be created that aggregates heterogeneous data, coming from different IT systems. Such data may include:

-Information relating to the customer, such as personal and demographic data;
- Purchase history, available for all company divisions, and for the different types of products or services. For example, in a home banking service, the company must be able to view from a single point all the active services, and activated in the past, even of different types, such as deposit accounts, securities accounts, credit cards, and so on. ;
- History of interactions with the brand that took place through the various channels and touchpoints used, such as contact center, filling in online forms, e-mails;
-Original channel through which the customer was acquired.

As mentioned, the Single Customer View must allow:
- The aggregation in a single view of the data collected from different sources and stored in different systems, which manage various business areas and functions. These include CRM, management, ERP, marketing management software, sales, customer support, app and website tracking, social media control;
- Understanding the "customer journey" in its entirety, customization of the prototype, in order to improve its perception of use of the service and support tools;
- Vision of strategic insights, based on updated data and organized in real-time;
- Always present the data to the user in a uniform, consistent way, without gaps or duplications.
