How to use RF Impedance Matcher "Navigator" made by Advance Energy

Hi, I have a RF sputtering system. My RF generator and impedance matcher are made by Advance Energy.
The impedance matcher "Navigator" for some reason could not detect the incoming RF. It shows "RF Off" and "not tuned".
Please teach me how to use "Navigator". Thanks.
