Part-Time Real Estate Accountant

Immediate opening for an accountant to join our expanding real estate development office located on Wilshire Blvd., near Fairfax Ave. This individual will be responsible for various aspects of accounting ranging from property management to development of new projects. Key Responsibilities: Monthly Account Reconciliations Month-end close journal entries Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Maintain RR/ Aging Reports Review and Audit Financial Reports Assist with Annual Budget Preparation Requirements: Must be based on Los Angeles, California Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Higher 2+ Years of Experience in an Accounting in a Real Estate Firm Proficient in AppFolio and QuickBooks Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Especially Excel Professional Work Ethics and Attention to Detail Good Communication Skills
