I basically want to create a roulette tracking system

I basically want to create a roulette tracking system but I want it to be web based or online excel like google documents so i can access it anywhere When roulette game gives me a number i want it calculate whether its red/black/high/low/even/odd and then based on my strategy i want it to tell me how much to play and when to play I have already created a spreadsheet online with the value of each number and color. Basically this is the simplest form.... I enter a number and it shows me whether is black/red/high/low/even/odd o basically i have a strategy i follow based on the information given and i want you to code that part for me. Like when to make a bet and for how much based on the info of each spin
