Dynamic Custom Filter for Excel Spreadsheet

I would like to create a dynamic custom filter for my excel spreadsheet. I'm a beginner in excel, still learning my ropes. I would like you to, not only create the custom filter, but also to guide and teach me as to how you go about solving this issue. Currently, I've created a very crude custom filter but there's several limitations, namely:

a) It is messy, albeit one can always hide the cells/arrays

b) I cannot reference other data from another sheet

c) It is not dynamic, i.e. as more data is being keyed in, I need to manually update the formula. I want it to be automatically updated.

My requirements for a successful work will be, firstly, to overcome the 3 limitations outlined above as well as the following:

a) I've attached the Excel file. The first 5 rows of each sheet contains a drop-down list where I can select from the original data (master spreadsheet) and upon doing so, the relevant data will be reflected in the table below.

b) Ideally, there will be 2 spreadsheet (master spreadsheet containing the original data which is always being updated as more data are added and the custom filtered version where I can execute the filter based on my selection)

c) Focus on the sheet named "[url removed, login to view] & E.Maths_Customfilter" first.

This will be an hourly paid project that must be completed within 1.5 hrs.
