Help format Excell sheet

I am looking for someone to be able to make an excell sheet that will take my current price list in X Currency, and be able to convert everything to to another currency using an exchange rate that I input, an additional markup that I enter, Headers that I choose the colour with fonts that i choose the colour, make a header for each sheet and page that contains a company logo, company address, a contact person, tel & Fax No.s, Skype address, QQ address, etc., if one is blank it will not show the field not the field name.

I then want to export this new excel file so that it can be sent to my customers without them seeing my formula page and my price list, and to be able to save it as a pdf. or cut and paste sections from excel to adobe illustrator etc.

I hope that you can understand what I am trying to do, attached is my file and a company Logo

Let me know if you have any questions prior to taking on a project, I want to clear everything prior to accepting so that after accepting the project you can make the file directly.

This project should be able to be done within 24 hours and is a simple project, if it takes too long I could finish this manually myself and add basic formulas to change the prices, so please only accept the project if you can do the project fast and should not cost more than $30-$50
