1. Sending of emails in bulk as per the formats decided by Indus and external consultants/ partners/ landlords (like B1, B2 and B3 files from a folder gets attached with the email of a particular vendor); 2. It should be capable of sending more than 1000 emails at a time; 3. It should be customizable (Sending of emails TO and CC); 4. Body of the email needs to be modified (We need some lines bold and underlined while sending emails to the vendor, space gaps etc.) 5. It should be capable of creating sending status reports of emails. 6. It should not stop, if any of the parameter is not matching and run all the macros in one go. The unsend entries should be highlighted in sending status report for identification and rework on those. 7. It should be compatible with organization IT structure/ policy, so that it is easy install and run from any of our laptops/desktops.
