I need an application to allow me to issue license with existing application, but hosted on a new server. Application has tie=in to email and this also needs to be working with new email services. Several bugs and shortfalls in the application need to be fixed, since they are not working correctly.
Additional modifications to existing manifest creator and component upload and download functions also need to be implemented, as well as a small bug from previous project that needs fixing.
