individual titles and callouts

Hi I am a real estate photographer/videographer. I got from a client of mine an example video containig a few elements I would like to have reproduced for motion / final cut pro x You can see the video here: [login to view URL] can you send me a quote for the following elements: - intro-titles (as seen in the video on sec. 1-5) - titles (as seen in the video on sec. 6-9) - titles (as seen in the video on sec. 32-38) - tracked call-outs as seen on sec. 38 - tracking centre is the white dot - orientation of the callout has to be flexibel (flag left/right/centered) following has to be customizable in fcpx or in motion - all colors, text, line withs & lengths, opacity of the text/lines/rectangle behind the text and the orientation of the "flag" and text on top of the callout (left/right) can you also recreate the aluminum-effect and the "light shine" (in the titles as in the callout) crossing the text from left to right? looking forward to here from you! if any questions do pop up, just drop me a line - thx!
