Local Bookkeeper for Music Publisher (Toronto)

We are a production music library with a different business model. We incur virtually no retail income. All income is earned through royalties, collected by sub-publishers worldwide. We are looking for a bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience to come in once or twice a month for this purpose.
Duties include:
* Reconciling our monthly CAD, USD and PayPal accounts
* Inputting all monthly invoices and payments into Quickbooks
* Reviewing the general ledger, ensuring expenses are properly categorized in our Chart of Accounts.
* Inputting any Credit or Cash Receipts from President into QB
* Prepare monthly cheque runs
* Send monthly backup of QuickBooks file to our accountant
* Calculate and file quarterly HST returns
* Communicate with the CRA, accountant and royalty administrator as needed.
