Experienced Ghostwriter for a Romance Story for the INDIAN MARKET

Hi, I´m looking for NATIVE English speaking (excellent U.S. English writing skills required), highly qualified, creative romance short story, ebook and novella ghostwriters for a story consisting of 20'000 to 21'000 words from INDIA or with experience in writing for the INDIAN MARKET. The ghostwriter should be experienced in writing creative stories and be capable to hold the attention of its readers.
