The shop is a hosted solution by Agfa [login to view URL] which allows use of an universal [login to view URL] tracker, but besides from that there are very limited possibilities of adding any source code to the shop.
Challenge
1. Setup tracker of goals and conversion. "click upload button" "upload success" "add to cart" "new user signup" "Checkout" "order success" ( no access to shop source code". I need to see where the bottleneck are on our commerce system.
2. Setup so i can see which are good adwords traffic and which are bad.
3. Skype/screensharing instructions on how is all setup and how it works
