Hi,

I'm looking for someone to design my an arcade banner in GIF format for my arcade site, the banner will be used on banner exchange networks as promotion for our site. The banner isn't to be of our brand but of related gaming images.

For this project you will be expected to do thorough research of arcade banners and deliver a banner that can bring a definate 12% CTR. We need you to work with us and experiment the best ways into drawing a High CTR on our banners.

Please only bid if you plan to develop this banner to a high standard and obtain the CTR required.
