Create the layout for a simple book with words and phrases

Hi.
It's my father's 50th birthday and we have put together a list of 50 words that describe him, in addition to a sentence or saying that relates to the word. I would like the book to have one key word in the center if each page, and the sentence below it in smaller font.
For example, one word is "Optimist" and below that, the small text will read "What's the worst thing that could happen?"
I've done something similar in InDesign, but would like a pro to handle this for me.
I'll send the copy once I select the freelancer.
I need this done by end of day Tuesday in EST time.
