photo to cartoon

I would like the attached picture to be done in a cartoon character. I would like to have no back ground only the bike and the female on the bike. Please use the colors tangerine orange, grey and black for the bike and the girl with matching bikini colors. I would like the phrase (If it don’t fit) at the top of the image and at the bottom of the image (Don’t ride it). The phrase can be in a semi –circle. At the bottom right hand corner in a smaller font I would like [login to view URL] . If you have no experience with Adobe Illustrator or a similar program do not bid on this project. Please send samples of your work, only bids with sample will be considered.
