Clean Up And Align Logo Correctly

I have an existing logo attached that needs to be cleaned up and the text aligned correctly. This should be a very simple task for someone with a good background in logo design. Please see the attached logo and look at the bottom text "Inspection Services, Inc. and you will see how the text is not inline. I am looking for a fast turnaround time if possible with a low bid as this is not a complete re-design of the logo, just a minor correction.
