Project Description:
Our firm is a technology based company that builds sensor systems that go into a wide variety of industrial applications. We are seeking a graphic designer that can assist with creating an embroidery file of our logo that can be applied to apparel.
Scope of Work:
• Create three digital embroidery designs (DST file format) based on the elements of our logo
Deliverables:
• A visually appealing digital embroidery file (DST file format) that can be e-mailed and can be used to embroider our logo on apparel.
• Provide virtual proofs of how the design will look on a t-shirt, business shirt, and baseball hat.
Requirements
Skills and Knowledge Required:
• Graphic design
• Digital embroidery design
• Ability to communicate and provide frequent updates on project
Resources:
• Contractor to use their equipment and software to create embroidery file. Finished project will need to be delivered through e-mail.
Additional Notes:
• This project has been designed as a way to better evaluate the firm that executes the task. We have several marketing pieces that we will need assistance with in the near future and we would like to develop a relationship with a knowledgeable and reliable provider. We are ready to move forward with this project once we have located the right contractor.
• Once a provider has been awarded the project, the buyer will provide the provider a NDA and Work Rights Agreement that must be signed before work can be started. This agreement requires the provider to keep the work confidential, assigns the work as a “works for hire”, and provides for copyright protection for the buyer. No 3rd party components are allowed unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site.
• Once the NDA & Work Product Agreement has been signed and returned, the buyer will provide the drafts for the projects.
