Write some Software

I'm building an interactive website that uses an animated game where members can work as a team to accomplish completing levels of the game. I need flash animation and development of avatars the game players will use in the game and the interactive scenes of the game need to be developed. I need to have a data base available for members, a log in back office that gives statistics and graphic illustrations. I need a payment portal that will issue game tokens to the members as they join, as well as software that will enable members to be able to redeem their game tokens. This is a project being built from the ground up.
