Proposed Restaurant Rendering

Design a single page brochure depicting an artistic rendering of a store front, and an inside view of the restaurant furniture & equipment for a new location. The rendering will be used to convince the new landlord that the proposed tenant intends to build a clean and respectable business in their building. \r\n\r\nDesigner will be provided a number of store front images & interior images of the new store location in its current and past format, as well as the company logo for placement on the building. Additionally, 3 advertising posters will be provided for placement on the new store front windows and perhaps the exterior columns. Designer will have the liberty of choosing the best images for which they feel would best suite the job. \r\n\r\nWe will provide digital images of the existing restaurant concept that we would like the designer to use as a guide when creating the final rendering. The designer will bear in mind that these images are of a 16 yr old restaurant that is quite dated in design. The future location will utilize more current technology, such as digital menu boards. (menu is available if required).
