Build a Landing Page, Database and Automated Email

I have a domain and need a landing page created for it currently hosted at AWS. The landing page would preferably be in a parallax design, but more importantly the design must be responsive to device i.e. desktop, phone, tablet. The page will need to contain various sections / overlays including text and photography. At the end of the page there will need to be a 'sign up' section, this will need to be connected to an AWS database which you will need to build to store the sign up details in. When signed up the customer will need to be sent an email which you will need build, this email will need to have a survey link embedded in to it from SurveyMonkey.
