I need video playing website.
The main idea is following.
I would upload some video to the backend with lots of clips.
Every clip would has the start & end time, and has the note, voice file.
Since our app is not approved on store yet, I'll send you ipa if you are suitable for our project.
So you can have the concept about the clip and guess the idea of our application.
Btw, you need to answer about the following question first before bidding on this project.
I need some backend which can store lots of videos like as youtube, amazon, parse etc.
What do you think about the best backend place?
Our website should play this video from this backend without download, but should ensure the playing speed.
Also our website should has identification feature and recover the mobile app structure for playing clips.
It is not difficult.
If you check our mobile app, you would understand so easily and find this is not difficult project.
If you give us the correct answer, we would hire you at once.
