For right around 100 dollars I would like a very simple website designed. I simply want the site to generate a random number when given a range of numbers to choose from.
For example: A school of 100 students is having a drawing. They would simply type 100 into the number generator and the site wold give the user a random number from 1-100.
I would have the domain bought. However, that is all I would have. I would like a little design added to it, but nothing that would take more than an hour. Other than that, I would just need the random number generator to work every time.
