Our target audience for this site are typically not tech savy. We are looking for a web developer who has an in depth understanding of wordpress, web based marketing from content, visual, video and SEO standpoint Ability to create site so that we as the owners can easily make changes as needed, add content, post pictures and video. Ability to work with others that we determine as part of our team if needed Keen understanding of own core competencies Values both their own time as well as ours Extremely good at setting and keeping deadlines. Has a good sense of how long a project/ task will take. Detail oriented and organized. Can refer back to emails sent back and forth and if we need something can send easily and quickly Pluses Knowledge of infusionsoft Ability to recommend social media campaigns and outlets we should use Ability to connect with other bloggers and get people talking about our site Can teach us how to do some of the things on our own Email resume and 3-4 websites you have completed.
