Build a Website

Important Note: On your proposal, kindly provide what programming language would you be using that will best fit my project, including the functions it will have. Without a detailed proposal, your bid will not be entertained.

What I have:

-logo

-domain name (ready to use)

I don't have a site example to copy, but I've attached a PowerPoint to show the pages I'm looking for.

-I want to set up a site where I can judge participants’ subjective claims in a contest format.

-I need away to present a question/prompt to a candidate pool. I

-I need a way for Participant #1 and Participant #2 (along with any others in the candidate pool) to respond to the judge’s prompt with:

-Participant 1’s response being visible to the judge

-Participant 2’s response simultaneously being visible to the judge

-Any other Participants responses being visible to the judge

-None of the Participants responses being visible to one another as the judge be the only viewer of the responses

-I also need a way for the judge to be able to score each of the Participants’ responses

I'd need a total of 11-12 pages, and I'd like yellow, orange, and black colors used.
