Create vector version of existing PNG file

I had an App Store logo created for my app, but forgot to request the vector version. Attached is the file that I got. Now I'm ready to submit it to the App Store and the designer doesn't have the files anymore to create a bigger version. He's a bit busy, so I'm looking for someone else to help me.
I need a vector version so that I can create bigger versions in Photoshop myself (and make changes if needed). The text also needs to be changed from DailyDeals to DagDeal (with Deal being bold). The background should be transparent and the image should be square (like an App Store logo). The job is considered a success when I can create a 1024x1024 version without losing any quality/sharpness. It should look as similar as possible, preferably with pixel precision.
The font that was used is Avenir Next LT Pro. I can send it to you if needed.
