Custom Suit Shirt and Blazer Design - Magento shopping cart

Because I want this project to completed with ease (easy) and reduce the cost. To make the work a lot easier for the freelancer. I will not provide any fabric pictures or wordings or logo. Freelancer is to find and use any pictures from the web, and I will work along the freelancer and edit them towards the end of the project. (much like use a template with lorem ipsum text). The project will be divided into 5 milestones / Parts. (Note: No money will be paid unless completion of each milestone, No excuse that freelancers have put a lot of 'Hours' and 'Efforts'. It is either $0 or the amount of completed milestone. 1st Milestone - Complete the 'custom design tool of suit and shirt' and make it function fast and well in my Magento website. Making sure shopping cart is installed and work. Have 5-10 sample products in Magento to test. * make sure the Magento template is responsive to Mobile and tablets. 3rd Milestone - Complete front end development that includes suit customization, shopping cart, fabric addition, measurement addition and personal touch. 4th Milestone - Admin setup, Provide all codes (coding), tools (software if any), templates, Final personal touch 5th Milestone - Complete after Testing. Provide completed project materials files and templates, website is now ready for trading, only work that is left for me to do is changing the webpage's wording and add additional products like fabrics and pictures.
