Design a cover and several boys/girls graphics for our Coaching Handbook!

We are seeking several original graphics to use in a Coaching Handbook, a manual including curricula sessions on rugby and life-skills as part of a Sport for Development initiative in Asia called ‘Pass It Back’. We require one cover design for the coaching handbook (A4 front and back) and three separate graphics to be used in the handbook session layout to distinguish between content intended specifically for girls, boys, or both. 1. Handbook Cover Design - this should depict something representative of the Pass It Back program; ’An innovative program using rugby to equip children and young people in a dynamic Asia to overcome challenges, inspire positive social change and ‘pass it back’ to their communities’. a. Ideally it would be set in a rural area (maybe mountainous) with rugby elements, including a play space, a rugby ball, and children (equally representing girls and boys). As tag-rugby is the main variation used in this program, this can also be depicted (i.e. with removable Velcro straps attached around the players’ waists); for more information see: [login to view URL] b. Cover text would include the title (text must be editable and removable from the graphic): ‘Coaching Handbook’ c. The front cover page should include the Pass It Back logo and three partner logos (ChildFund Australia, Women Win, and ARFU); the back cover page should also include all three partner logos, in addition to two implementing partner logos (Lao Rugby Federation and ChildFund Vietnam) and three donor logos (Australian Aid, DFAT, and ChildFund Australia). All necessary logos attached. 2. A Boys graphic – depicting two boys passing a rugby ball between them, with the text word ‘Boys’ (text must be separate to the graphic). 3. A Girls graphic – depicting two girls passing a rugby ball between them, with the text word ‘Girls’ (text must be separate to the graphic). 4. A Girl & Boy graphic – depicting one boy and one girl passing a rugby ball between them, with no text. Conditions • Each Boys/Girls graphic will feature two characters passing a rugby ball between them; other elements of rugby may be incorporated, but please note that the ball must be a rugby ball (i.e. not an American football or soccer ball). • Boys/Girls graphic designs should be representative of different genders, while not being stereotypical of oversimplified gender ‘norms’. • Boys/Girls graphic designs should be relatively simple, as they will be replicated throughout the 200+ pages of the curriculum (format template attached to show proposed layout for handbook session content). • All designs should complement the current Pass It Back logo and must be compliant with the Pass It Back branding guidelines (both attached). • All designs must be child-friendly as the handbooks will be used by young people aged 16-35, and the curricula is intended for children and youth. • Since Pass It Back is a regional program in Asia, incorporation of Asian elements, whilst not emphasising any specific ethnicity or culture, is required. • All graphics should be suitable for use in both colour and black and white, and the Boys/Girls graphics for usage both large and small.
