I am looking for photo editors that dedicated to, and skilled in digitally decluttering/removing items for real estate photos.
There is the potential for ongoing work for the right person who can:
1: Digitally remove items efficiently, whilst producing realistic results
2: Do both simple and complex jobs, from small to large items, with and without reference backgrounds.
3: Has a library of reference materials (flooring, carpet, trim, etc…)
4: Has the ability to apply lighting/shadow techniques
To make sure we get the right person/s for the job I have included 4 test images with instructions below that I need you to edit. Please feel free to watermark your completed test images so they can not be used elsewhere.
1.1 - Please remove all items in the room so that it is completely empty. Please do not change the flooring from its original style.

3.1 – Please remove the 2 bookshelves on the left of the image, the bed, and the sofa on the right of the image.
