Graphics for Leadership Book

I've got a publisher for a book I'm calling The Seesaws of Academic Leadership. I need about 10 graphics to accompany some of the text. Essentially, I propose a series of balancing acts - seesaws, in other words - that leaders in higher ed must manage. I want to have a nice graphic of the seesaw to accompany each chapter. But I'm useless at graphics! Very small job, but I do need help.
