Logo Creation & Minor Website Modification

I run a website [login to view URL] and would like to make some modifications to the website. I also would like to get a logo created I have a basic design of how the logo will look also the features of the logos and the colours. I just need to have the design created into reality. The site is a WordPress site, I also require a widget to be found or created that I can display in the right side bar. 1. Logo – Details as well as a rough sketch will be provided. 2. Header – Change colour scheme and also the Heading font type/design. The colour scheme on both sides of the webpage need to be changed as well. 3. Find or create a widget to display various site reviews in the right side bar. Something similar to what [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] has on their website. The website is only small and in its early stages of development so I am looking for someone that can do a good job at a reasonable price. I will need further help in the future with various areas of the website so this is a good opportunity to get further wok in the near future as the site grows larger.
