Make My Website Look Good (Theme/Graphics/Page Creation)

I just set up a new wordpress website - [login to view URL] I'm running an email newsletter that recommends the best tech products on the market at the best prices (sale alerts, reviews, etc.). It's an exclusive club and the only way to get access to the content is by signing up. This website at this point is just a place for people to sign up. As things grow, I may add more to it later. I want the home page to be a landing page that looks good and is attractive. It will need a couple linked signup buttons on the page (one at top, and then one down lower). I will provide the content for the page. I will be using Upviral for the signup app. It will also include creating a terms of service page and a privacy policy page. I want them only linked from the footer like it is here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will add the content of these pages later. I'm just getting started and don't have a lot of money. I'm fairly tech-savvy and I could do all this myself if I need to, but would rather not. I'm looking for someone who is excellent at website creation, upkeep, SEO, social and graphics (including logos, etc). If you do excellent work and have a variety of skills, I will likely come back to you for project after project. Please keep that in mind when submitting your quotes.
