I am managing the creation of a music licensing service website and want to create a robust stackable filter system for it. The website currently uses a Wordpress based template ([login to view URL]), but the search functions doesn't work very well. I have attempted this project with 2 developers one that said it could be done with Wordpress, but he didn't know how to execute the final result then I'm working with another developer that said CMS and he has made the search and e-commerce kind of, but has not been executing design to my liking. Both been in another country so the the communication barrier has been to big of a challenge. (We have mockups) So I'm saying all that to say. Looking at this [login to view URL] would you be able to execute a website with the robust search filter system like this with categories and the ability to create and edit pages, blog, create customer login etc either fully custom or with Wordpress? Of course we want to design something that matches our brand and not just copy exactly what they have, but that is the closest example that I know of for ease of use and functionality.
