Photo Editing- Changing light

We have few total of 20 photos for our website's - 5 headshots of our staff and 15 photos of the studio. We would these photos to be edited (lighting, exposure or etc) so they look somewhat more similar to the photos that we took before.

Note:
- We do realize it will be very challanging to have the photos look exactly similar and that is not what we are expecting - we just like the lighting and exposure to be changed to make them look somwhat more similar to each other.
