Set up new agent for We Invest

Hey everyone ! FIRST, PLEASE READ THE DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING: For each agent joining We Invest, we will provide you 4 pictures (‘’portrait’’, ‘’panneau’’, ‘’site 1’’, ‘’site2’’) and an info card containing his/her name & surname, phone number, email address and IPI number. These will be .png cut outs. We need you to produce : 1) 16 .png edits + 16 .jpg (on white background) edits. There are 16 edits but 2 exports = 32 files : - 4+4 pictures with the COLOR Photoshop Action (in resource file) - 4+4 pictures with the COLOR Photoshop Action (in resource file) + BOW TIE (see in resource file). For the position of the bow tie, see examples file - 4+4 pictures with the SILVER Photoshop Action (in resource file). There are 2 versions, one normal and one lighter. Use the one needed to achieve the closest look to example pictures. Classic use is either SILVER, either COLOR then SILVER BRIGHT) - 4+4 pictures with the SILVER (same remark) Photoshop Action (in resource file) + BOW TIE (position of the bow tie in examples file) Create one folder PNG & one folder JPEG, each one containing the 16 edited pictures in the proper format, rename as follow : Reference_First Name_Last Name_Type of picture_Type of edit Example : Arkadi_Meerschout_Portrait_BW+BT IMPORTANT REMARK : PLEASE CHECK THE EXAMPLES PICTURES, THE RESULT HAS THE BE ALWAYS THE SAME AS SHOWED FROM ALL THE DIFFERENTS TYPES OF SKIN, CLOTHES. DON’T SIMPLY PUT THE ACTION ON IT, ADAPT IT. 2) 1 video outro file (from .ae template in the resource file) : - Replace the agent with the COLOR + BOW TIE png (the ‘’panneau’’ picture) - Replace the name - Replace the phone number 3) 1 .pdf Real Estate Board (from .indd template in the resource file). The version needed will be specified (FR, NL or Bilingual). - Replace the picture with the COLOR + BOW TIE png (‘’panneau’’ picture) - Replace the phone number - Create the Name Logo (edit the smart object in Illustrator) and replace the previous version 4) 1 .pdf Business Card (from .pdf template in the resource file) : FIRST PAGE - Replace the picture with the BW + BOW TIE png (‘’portrait’’ shot) - Replace the name - Replace the phone Number - Replace the email address - Replace the IPI number LAST PAGE - Replace the name (it HAS to stay perfectly aligned with the name on page 1) 5) 1 .pdf prospection flyer (from .pdf template in resource file) : - Replace the picture with the BW + BOW TIE png (‘’panneau’’ shot, same as the board. See examples for the cropping) - Replace the name - Replace the phone Number - Replace the email address - Replace the IPI number 6) 1 .pdf neighbor flyer (from .pdf template in resource file) : - Replace the picture with the BW + BOW TIE png (‘’panneau’’ shot, same as the board. See examples for the cropping) - Replace the name - Replace the phone Number - Replace the email address - Replace the IPI number 7) 2 .png for the website presentation (from .psd template in resource file) - Center the two COLOR png (no bow tie) in the template (leave a bit of head room, see examples) - Export each image separately without background. Export settings : 500x400 px / 72 dpi / png / <50Ko per image 8) 1 .jpg fot the email signature (from .psd template in resource file) - Import the BW+ BOW TIE png (portrait shot) between the two red layers. - Align the image with the guides (see example screenshots) - Export the artboard (right click on it). The export settings should be saved You will find all resources and examples in the attached folders.
