Social application design for iPhone and Android

I want to someone to make professional design for an social application. There are around 5-6 screens. The design should be made in consideration of iPhone and Android design guide lines.
Wire-frame of all the screens which are quite detailed will be provided. The task is to convert those design into professional design.
Requirements:
-Design should be for Android and iPhone both. Only minimal changes in design should be done which follow the guideline for respective platform. Otherwise the design should be same for both.
-Photoshop files are required with everything in layer so that individual item can be exported.
