We are looking for a long-time social media manager who will be able to create posts for Facebook & Instagram. Our niche is in beard grooming. We want someone who is long term! You will basically be posting content on our FB & IG that will engage our audiences. After some time working with us, you will understand what posts get good engagement, and what doesn't. Data and engagement will show which posts are popular and which aren't. So you will have to understand what type of posts my audience like and make sure to post content that is engaging. Some of the content should be original (through creating on [login to view URL] or photoshop) and some will be reposting other people's trending content. You can find posts that are popular on Instagram that may be relevant to our niche, and repost it. It will be about 40% original content & 60% reposting other people's content. Example of Original Post: You could use some of our product photography and put some text on it like "50% OFF", then upload that. Example of Non-Original Post: You can lookup the hashtag #bearded, then choose a video that is very popular. You can repost it, and give them credit. Requirements: -Post 2 posts a day on our IG and FB page + write caption + hashtags -Buffer account or an account with another service that will allow you to post automatically for us (Hootsuite, etc.) -Reliable communication through Skype/Facebook Messenger -Good English (You will have to write captions) -Experience with designing on [login to view URL] or Photoshop -Show me 2 graphics that you've created for a business brand when you apply to this job [required] What Working With Us Will Look Like: Here is a layout of how the schedule will work. Create 14 posts for IG & FB on the start of the week - so you will have them ready and schedule them for each day. Send me the posts & captions in a word doc and I will approve/disapprove them. If I approve them, then you will schedule them through Facebook business account access (I will invite you to create account) and for Instagram, you can use Buffer or some other social media automation tool (you must have an account). That is all!
